OLUGBENGA FABILOLA ESQ.:

Mr. Fabilola was called to the Nigerian Bar about 3 decades ago. He was the pioneer de facto Legal Adviser of Nigerian Breweries Plc between 1986 and 1993. He came into active Legal Practice in August, 1993. He has varied and wide experience in Corporate and Commercial Practice, ADR and litigation, Admiralty and Maritime Law, Real Estate Law, Trust and Administration of Estates among others. He was pivotal to a number of legal representations to clients on corporate matters and this includes the lease of Owena Hotel to Lagos Airport Hotel Limited. He is involved in a lot of Governmental and inter- Governmental relations on behalf of the firm. He is a registered member of the Institute of the Chartered Secretaries and Administration, London; Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Lagos Court of Arbitration. He also belongs to the Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association, Capital Market Solicitors, American Bar Association, Law Society of England (International) and he is a member of the Society for Corporate Governance among others. He has attended many of the Conferences organised by the International Bar Association, the Business Community and the Nigerian Bar Association.

He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2003 and has been in active legal practice since then. He has vast knowledge in the areas of company documentation and secretarial practice. He is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association.

A graduate of the of Afe Babalola University. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2019. 

OLUYINKA ONAMADE ESQ.:

Oluyinka Onamade was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1988. A graduate of the then University of Ife Law Faculty. He has been in active legal practice since call. He has amassed vast and varied experience in corporate and commercial practice and general litigation. He is a seasoned Maritime and Admiralty Practitioner and has been involved in countless arrests of vessels and cargos. His areas of involvement spans litigation ADR, Admiralty, Maritime, Air Law amongst others. He has been involved in litigation at all tiers of the Superior Courts of record. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Associate member of the American Bar Association, Member, International Bar Association (IBA), Capital Market Solicitors, Legal Adviser to International Cultural Youth Exchange (Nig.) (ICYE) amongst others. He is also registered with the Business Recovery & Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN). He is a member of the Lagos Court of Arbitration. He has attended several seminars and conferences on his areas of involvement..

AYO ADEJUYIGBE ESQ.:

He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1980. He commenced his working career as a State Counsel in the service of Ondo State Government before moving to the Banking Industry where he rose to the position of a Legal Adviser. He also worked with the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation, and participated actively in the restructuring exercise that the Banking Sector witnessed in the late 90’s. He came into active Legal Practice in 2001. In the course of his career, he has had varied and wide experience in Corporate and Commercial Practice, Admiralty and Maritime Law, Real Estate Law, Energy, Oil and Gas, ADR, Receivership and Insolvency among others. He is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association and a registered member of the London Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He also belongs to the Capital Market Solicitors Association and Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN). He has attended many Conferences, Seminars and Trainings relating to his disciplines.
